You can make a profound change to the life of someone struggling with mental illness. By leaving a gift in your Will, no matter the amount, future generations of Australians will have the opportunity to gain education and resources to have life changing conversations.
Leaving a Gift in your Will is easy, and anyone can do it.
Firstly, make sure your family and friends are looked after. Then, you may want to consider leaving a gift to LIVIN. Next, we advise you to visit a solicitor to have your Will professionally written after you decide what type of gift you would like to leave.
Residual gift – A portion of your estate, or the balance remaining after loved ones and expenses are provided for. This type of gift reflects your intention at the time you draw up your Will and automatically adjusts to changes in the value of your estate.
Percentage gift – A nominated percentage of your estate. This too will adjust its value over time as the value of your estate changes.
Specified amount of money – You nominate a specific amount of money to be left to LIVIN.
Specified items of value – Anything of value, such as property, shares, jewellery or works of art, may be specifically named in your Will and given directly to LIVIN.
“ I give free of all duties or taxes… [Please insert here the appropriate statement selected from the six options below]
…to Top LIVIN ABN 46 6007 875 13 for its general purposes. The receipt of an authorised officer for the time being of Top LIVIN shall constitute a full and sufficient discharge of my executor’s duties.”
If you’re considering or have already included a gift in your Will to LIVIN, we would love the opportunity to thank you personally for your kindness.
