Condev cares about mental health

Condev Cares is a not-for-profit organisation initiated by Condev Construction on the Gold Coast and has the unique focus to raise funds for charity groups and organisations to create a better future for the general community. 

Earlier this year, LIVIN was included alongside 4ASD Kids  as the two nominated charities to be represented in their annual Condev Cares Charity Golf Day on the Gold Coast. 

Hosted at the RACV Royal Pines Resort, the event had a fantastic turn out with local businesses, individuals and a large number of ConDev staff participating in the day and raising funds for charity.  Our own LIVIN legend and ambassador, Alistair Mitchell hosted the hole-in-one LIVIN marquee on the day and was amazed by the amount of conversation about mental health that took place throughout the event. 

“It honestly blew me away with how many players came up to the LIVIN marquee in between taking their shot and just having a chat about their own struggles or family members that have been affected by mental health.” Said Alistair.  “Just being there in the marquee, was an incredible conversation starter and further proof that mental health is such a big topic in our community and one that more and more people are willing to speak up about. It was a great opportunity to keep the conversation going and appreciate everyone’s support on the day.” 

In addition to raising awareness and supporting the messages behind LIVIN and 4ASD Kids an incredible $20,000 was also raised from the day which was divided equally between both charities. 

The Condev team paid us a visit to LIVIN HQ and presented their donation which will go straight into our LIVINWell Schools program and training of new LIVIN facilitators. 

We truly thank the amazing team at Condev for their support and all of their hard work behind the scenes in making this day happen and it was an honour to be a part of it and meet so many great people on and off the course.
